NDC Ghetto Youth commends Courage Nunekpeku for transformational leadership at TDC Ghana Ltd

The NDC Ghetto Youth at Tema in the Greater Accra Region has extended heartfelt commendation to Mr. Courage Makafui Nunekpeku, Managing Director of TDC Ghana Limited, for what they describe as his remarkable leadership and transformative impact since assuming office.
In a statement of appreciation, the group praised Mr. Nunekpeku for his visionary and service-driven approach, which they say has already begun to reshape the image and operations of the state-owned real estate developer.
“Mr. Nunekpeku has demonstrated true leadership through innovation, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to community upliftment,” the group stated.
Highlighting his achievements, the group cited major infrastructure upgrades at TDC’s Head Office, including a modern metal fence, redesigned gardens, and a complete repainting of the office complex—all made possible through his personal resources and support from like-minded individuals.
“These physical improvements are more than just cosmetic,” the statement noted.
“They symbolise a new era of professionalism and pride in public service.”
Mr. Nunekpeku’s leadership has also ushered in significant service improvements, including the establishment of a 24-hour call centre, the introduction of Prestige and Premium service packages, and same-day dispatch services—all designed to improve client experience, create jobs, and attract investment.
The group also lauded his professional background and personal values, citing his vast expertise in engineering, real estate, and project management, as well as his humility, strong work ethic, and passion for social justice.
“Under his leadership, TDC is not just building houses—it is building hope,” the statement added.
Of particular note is Mr. Nunekpeku’s push to expand TDC’s housing development mandate nationwide, a move the group says demonstrates his strategic focus on reducing Ghana’s housing deficit and promoting inclusive development.
The NDC Ghetto Youth called on stakeholders across political divides to rally behind Mr. Nunekpeku’s vision, describing him as a rare public servant who puts service above self.
“We are proud to stand with Mr. Courage Nunekpeku and urge all Ghanaians to support his mission to modernise Ghana’s housing sector for the benefit of all,” the statement concluded.
