Parambo Sawaba Community Day SHS declares support for NDC's Lord Boam

In a show of solidarity ahead of the upcoming elections, the students and staff of Parambo Sawaba Community Day Senior High School in the Pru East District of the Bono East Region have declared their support for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and its Parliamentary Candidate, Mr Emmanuel Kwaku Boam also known as Lord Boam.
The endorsement was made during a visit by Mr Boam and NDC executives to the school’s examination centre, where they encouraged and motivated the students to perform well in their examinations.
The visit was highly appreciated by the students and staff, who saw it as an honour.
During a lively gathering on the school's premises, school authorities, teachers, and students openly endorsed Mr Boam's candidacy, citing his dedication to education and youth welfare.
The headmaster, Mr. Denteh, praised Mr Boam's commitment to the development of Pru East, particularly in the education sector.
"We believe in Mr. Boam's vision for our Constituency, and we are confident that he will deliver on his promises," he stated, highlighting Boam's initiatives such as supporting BECE candidates, refurbishing and equipping the ICT lab at Yeji Senior High Technical School, and organizing educational competitions.
The students enthusiastically cheered and chanted slogans like "ƐYƐ ZU" in support of Mr. Boam, expressing gratitude for the NDC's initiatives that have positively impacted their education and lives.
Mr. Boam thanked the school community for their support, stating, "I am humbled by your endorsement, and I promise to work tirelessly to address the challenges facing our education system and the youth in Pru East."
He outlined his plans, including the establishment of a Brilliant But Needy Support Fund for students, improving infrastructure, increasing access to quality education, and providing opportunities for skills development and employment.
