Black Rocket presents African Youth Boxing Championship medals to Sempe Mantse

Ghanaian boxing prodigy, The Black Rocket, has paid a courtesy call on the Sempe Mantse, Nii Adote Otintor II, to officially present the three gold medals and the championship trophy it won at the recently concluded African Boxing Youth Championship in Conakry, Guinea.
The visit, held at the Sempe Stool Palace, was marked by expressions of pride and celebration as the young boxing stars showcased their remarkable achievement to the traditional leader and his elders.
The Black Rockets emerged as one of the standout athletes at the continental competition, clinching three gold medals and earning the coveted trophy, further cementing Ghana’s status as a powerhouse in youth boxing.
In his remarks, Nii Adote Otintor II congratulated the champions on their stellar performance and described the feat as a moment of immense pride not only for the Ga State but for the entire nation.
He lauded The Black Rockets' discipline, dedication, and determination, urging other young athletes to emulate their example.
“This achievement is a testament to hard work and perseverance,” the Sempe Mantse said. “You have lifted the flag of Ghana high and made your community proud.”
The Black Rockets expressed gratitude for the warm reception and pledged to continue working hard to bring more international glory to Ghana.
He also thanked their coach, family, and fans for their unwavering support throughout his journey.
