Black Satellites beat Dwarfs in African Games test game
The Black Satellites beat Ebusua Dwarfs 3-1 in a training match as part of preparations for the upcoming 13th African Games Male football tournament.
The team has switched its training base to Cape Coast after weeks of camping at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.
Thought FC youngster Jerry Afriyie scored a brace with FC Samartex’s Michael Ephson also on target after Ebusua Dwarfs pulled one back from the spot in the friendly match which was played in Cape Coast.
The team has played a number of friendly matches including games against Legon Cities, Great Olympics, Hearts of Oak and Heart of Lions.
Coach Desmond Ofei side will move to Accra on Monday to continue preparations for the tournament which will be staged from March 8-22.
Ghana are in Group A and have been paired with Congo, Benin and Gambia.
The Group A matches will be played at the Accra Sports Stadium with Group B games also set to be played at the Legon Stadium.
