GA/R: MP inaugurates new tennis court at Dansoman Keep-Fit Club

The Member of Parliament for Ablekuma West Constituency in the Greater Accra Region has inaugurated a new lawn tennis court at the Dansoman Keep Fit grounds as residents and tennis rackets, gathered for its official inauguration.
The event went beyond a mere ceremonial opening, transforming the court into a symbol of hope and opportunity for the community.
The MP, Mrs Ursula Owusu-Ekufful; who is also the Minister for Communications and Digitalisation, shared the vision for the court with enthusiasm, emphasising its pivotal role in promoting health, fostering friendships, and enhancing community spirit among residents.
"As the inaugural tennis balls traversed the net, it became evident that the inauguration was more than just a formality," she said.
She said the court marked the creation of a space where aspirations could take root and futures could be moulded, one swing at a time.
She noted that the significance of the occasion extends beyond the confines of a tennis court; it symbolises a commitment to an active lifestyle and the pursuit of excellence within the Ablekuma West Constituency.
She added that the court stands as a tangible testament to the dedication of the community's leaders to providing spaces for recreational activities that contribute to a brighter, healthier future for generations to come.
With a call to action, she invited the community to come together and serve and volley their way toward a future marked by increased well-being and collective achievement.
