President Mahama and Sports Minister pay surprise visit to Black Stars

President John Dramani Mahama, alongside the Minister for Youth and Sports, Kofi Adams, paid a surprise visit to the Black Stars at the Accra Sports Stadium during training ahead of the team's World Cup qualifiers.
During the visit, President Mahama assured the players and technical staff of the nation’s unwavering support as they prepare for their upcoming matches.
He commended the team for their dedication and hard work, urging them to continue striving for excellence.
“The entire nation stands behind you. We believe in your abilities, and we are confident that you will make Ghana proud,” President Mahama stated.
The Sports Minister, Kofi Adams, also reiterated the government's commitment to ensuring that the team has the necessary resources and support to succeed.
The visit was met with excitement and appreciation from the players and coaching staff, who expressed gratitude for the President’s encouragement and backing.
