The Accra Hub, according to the miner, serves as the regional focal point for Newmont Africa’s continental business, as the company pursues further growth and expansion opportunities across Africa.
“The collaborative team environment of the Hub provides a conducive workspace that is aligned to Newmont’s Global Workplace Standards on health, safety, and workability while supporting Newmont’s flexible work arrangement”, the letter said, adding: “We have put measures in place to ensure that there will be no disruption to our business with you”.
