A case for Esther Smith's legendary status is not difficult to make given the weight of her bag of hits, diverse music styles, length of service, and among other things, her range of themes; she convicts, motivates, inspires worship and delights.
At 14, she joined the Tanoso Methodist Church Choir, from whence she grew into a multiple award-winning artiste of national and international repute. Hers is not a flowery voice but one that is certainly herb to the troubled soul.
