Ko-Jo Cue shares how he rose to fame in Kumasi

Rapper Ko-Jo Cue has shared insights into how he first gained recognition in Kumasi, reflecting on the early stages of his musical journey.
Speaking on Class 91.3 FM’s Extra, hosted by Zeal Nana Kweku Bliss on Saturday, Ko-Jo Cue revealed that he frequently visited various studios across Kumasi, where he spent time rapping, networking with producers, and learning the art of recording music.
These experiences, he noted, helped gain recognition within the local music scene.
Today, Ko-Jo Cue is signed to BBnZ Live, one of Ghana’s most prominent record labels.
He is also the founder of “The Cue,” a creative talent development collective he established alongside renowned music producer Peewezel, aimed at nurturing the next generation of Ghanaian artists.
