Renowned gospel minister, Richlove Ofosuhemaa has officially announced the second edition of her worship concert dubbed “The Purpose 2026—Empowerment Edition”.

The event is scheduled for Sunday, 2 August 2026 at the Family Chapel International, Susanso (off the Tech Road), Kumasi, beginning promptly at 4:00 pm. 

Admission is free.

Now in its second year, “The Purpose” is centered on the themes of worship, encounter, and transformation. 

According to the organizers, the gathering is more than a concert. 

It is designed as a divine meeting place for praise, prayer, healing, and spiritual renewal. 

Hundreds of worshippers from across Ghana are expected to attend for an evening of heartfelt worship and a deeper experience with God.

Speaking ahead of the event, Richlove Ofosuhemaa described “The Purpose 2026” as a call for believers to reconnect with their God-given mandate. 

The Purpose is a moment of encounter. 

“We believe God will meet His people in a special way, strengthen hearts, restore hope, and remind many of the purpose He has placed within them,” she said.

This empowerment edition will host a powerful line-up of Ghana’s celebrated gospel ministers and worship leaders including McAbraham, Empress Gifty, Kwaku Gyasi, Monica Fordjour, Jojo Arhin, Efe Grace, and Yaa Pomaah. 

The organizers are encouraging churches, families, and individuals to come together with loved ones for what they describe as “an atmosphere where lives can be transformed through the presence of God”.

As anticipation builds in Kumasi, The Purpose is shaping up to be one of the most notable worship gatherings on the city’s calendar this year.
