Musician Kuami Eugene was involved in a car accident late Sunday night at CP close to DSTV's head office along the George Walker Bush N1 Highway, after the Achimota Overhead towards the Dzowulu traffic light in the Greater Accra Region.

The incident occurred around 11:30 pm.

According to eyewitnesses, Kuami Eugene known in private life as Eugene Kwame Marfo's vehicle collided with a tipper truck from behind, resulting in significant damage to his sleek Range Rover car. with registration number GC 220-21.

Upon discovering the accident, ModernGhana editor Ajarfor organized a vehicle to transport Kuame Eugene and one other individual to the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC) for medical attention.

Additionally, Achimota Police were called to the scene to assist with the situation.

Eyewitnesses who stopped to assist reported that Kuami Eugene suffered a broken wrist and a deep cut on his right hand as a result of the accident.
