Stonebwoy has two reasons to celebrate as wife Dr Louisa marks birthday
Award-winning Afro-Dancehall artiste and businessman Livingstone E. Satekla, alias Stonebwoy, has marked his wife Dr Louisa Satekla’s birthday with an emotional tribute, reflecting on love, survival, and gratitude.
In a heartfelt Facebook post, the musician revealed that January 19 holds deep personal significance for him, as it marks the anniversary of a near-fatal accident he survived 23 years ago as a teenager.
According to Stonebwoy, the accident could have claimed his life, but he survived, though it later led to a knee replacement.
“But as God will have it, 19 January has become a day to celebrate two lives forever,” he wrote, explaining that his wife’s birthday now coincides with a moment that reminds him of the gift of life.
Stonebwoy praised Dr Louisa for her strength, character, and unwavering support, describing her as the “true definition of a partner”.
He noted that she embodies purpose, duty, and blessings, while also celebrating her role as a mother to their two children.
“You don’t just carry the highest honour of a wife. You carry understanding of purpose, duty, blessings and carried beautiful children,” the artiste wrote, affectionately adding, “You are my guy.”
He concluded the message on a celebratory note, reaffirming his love and commitment to his wife: “Let’s keep rocking!! I love you.”

Stonebwoy’s post, complete with heart and burning heart emojis, has drawn warm reactions on social media, as the Burniton Music Group (BMG) founder and CEO openly shared a story of resilience, faith, and gratitude intertwined with his wife’s birthday celebration.
It recently came to light the pair have a rice business together, bearing the name LILO, a blend of the initial letters of each partner's first name.
