A/R: Asantehene enstools 43-year-old publisher as chief of Abrenyase
Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has enstooled a publisher by the name Oheneba Yaw Owusu Ansah as a new chief for Abrenyase in the Ashanti Region.
The 43-year-old Chief known in private life as Emmanuel Owusu Ansah replaces Oheneba Kwabena Achempongtua II who was destooled four years ago by Otumfuo.
Otumfuo in swearing the chief advised him to be humble, respect his elders, and not exhibit the same behaviour of his predecessor which led to his destoolment.
The new chief, Oheneba Yaw Owusu Ansah, on his part promised to prioritise education by building schools and supporting the education of his subjects.
He said he would unite his family and the community at large to bring development to the area.
