The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), Mr. Julius Neequaye Kotey, on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, paid a courtesy call on the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey, H.E. Huseyin Gungor as part of efforts to strengthen bilateral cooperation and advance the modernisation of the Authority.
