President Mahama receives Archbishop of Canterbury at Jubilee House

President John Dramani Mahama on Monday received the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend Sarah Mullally, at the Jubilee House during her first official visit to Africa.

During the courtesy call, President Mahama congratulated Archbishop Mullally on her historic appointment as the first female Archbishop of Canterbury.

The president also reaffirmed Ghana's commitment to strengthening its longstanding partnership with the Anglican Church in promoting peace, education, healthcare, social justice and national development.

The meeting highlighted the enduring relationship between Ghana, the Anglican Church and the United Kingdom.
