ZoDF CEO inspects educational facilities in Ashanti Region
The Chief Executive Officer of the Zongo Development Fund (ZoDF), Alhaji Halidu Haruna, has embarked on an inspection tour of educational facilities in Zongo communities within the Ashanti Region, as part of his broader engagement with stakeholders in the area.
On Thursday, the CEO visited parts of the Atwima Nwabiagya North District, where he inspected schools in the Adankwame and Barekese Zongo communities.
The visit focused on assessing infrastructure needs and identifying opportunities to enhance teaching and learning conditions.
Alhaji Haruna also toured selected schools that were recently affected by heavy rains and thunderstorms, which left some facilities damaged.
He assured the affected communities that the Zongo Development Fund will provide the necessary support to renovate and upgrade the impacted institutions.
During the tour, the CEO engaged community leaders, educators, and other stakeholders to discuss the identification and execution of sustainable development projects tailored to local needs.
The engagement forms part of ZoDF’s ongoing commitment to improving educational infrastructure and promoting community development in Zongo communities nationwide.
