Apam defilement case: Samuel Armah sentenced to 10 years in hard labour

The Circuit Court Two, Cape Coast, Central Region, has sentenced accused person Samuel Armah to 10 years imprisonment in hard labour, over a defilement case.

On October 28, 2025, the case involving Samuel Armah, alias Kofi Nyan, was called at the court presided over by Judge Nana Aba Quiba Nunoo.

The said defilement occurred on October 16, 2025, according to police.

The accused person pleaded guilty to the charge of defilement, and he was convicted on his own plea.

He was sentenced to serve 10 years imprisonment in hard labour.

He was, thereafter, sent to Ankaful Prison to begin his sentence.
