COVID-19: Final-year SHS, 2nd-year gold track students back in school tomorrow
Final-year students in Senior High Schools are scheduled to return to school tomorrow, Monday, 22 June 2020, after three months of being home following the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic in the country.
In addition to the final-year students, second-year gold-track students will also resume school on the same day.
These were disclosed by President Nana Akufo-Addo in a televised address to the nation on Sunday, 21 June 202.
Under the new protocols to keep the students safe, a maximum of 25 students will be admitted to a class.
Also, day students in schools with boarding facilities will automatically become boarding students.
There will be no sporting activities and the wearing of face mask is mandatory for students, teachers and non-teaching staff.
