C-SERP announces screening dates and documentation requirements for 2025/2026 Security Services Recruitment

The Centralised Services E-Recruitment Portal (C-SERP), under the Ministry of the Interior, has released important guidelines for applicants shortlisted for the 2025/2026 security services recruitment exercise.

In a notice titled “Points to Note for Documentation & Body Inspection,” C-SERP announced that the screening process will officially commence on 12th January 2026.

Applicants will be notified of their exact screening date, time, and centre via SMS, and are strongly advised to pay close attention to the details provided in the messages.

According to the statement, applicants may also log on to the C-SERP portal to independently confirm their screening centre details and their assigned schedule, which will be categorised into morning or noon groups.

The notice further emphasises strict adherence to reporting times.

Applicants scheduled for the morning session are required to report by 7:00 a.m., while those assigned to the noon session must report by 12:00 noon.

C-SERP cautioned that any applicant who fails to comply with the stated timelines risks disqualification from the recruitment process.

Applicants are required to report to their designated screening centres with the original documents and photocopies of the following:

Application Summary Report

Biometric Birth Certificate

Ghana Card

JHS Certificate

Two passport-sized photographs

All other relevant educational certificates

The recruitment exercise covers Ghana’s key security agencies, including the Ghana Police Service, Ghana Prisons Service, Ghana National Fire Service, and Ghana Immigration Service.

C-SERP urged all applicants to ensure they are well prepared and fully compliant with the requirements to avoid unnecessary setbacks during the screening process.

The Centralised Services E-Recruitment Portal is powered by TrybeNet, with oversight from the Ministry of the Interior, as part of efforts to ensure a transparent and efficient recruitment process for Ghana’s security services.
