The Ministry of the Interior has officially announced the opening of recruitment for qualified Ghanaians interested in serving in the country’s key security agencies.

The nationwide exercise covers enlistment into the Ghana Police Service, Ghana National Fire Service, Ghana Immigration Service, and the Ghana Prisons Service.

According to the Ministry, the recruitment drive forms part of the government’s ongoing effort to strengthen national security, enhance public safety, and provide employment opportunities for Ghanaians eager to serve their country.

A statement from the Ministry encouraged prospective applicants to “serve your nation with pride and build a career in uniform,” emphasising the critical role of disciplined and dedicated personnel in maintaining peace and order across the country.

The Ministry further urged interested applicants to visit the official websites and portals of the respective security agencies for detailed information on eligibility requirements, application procedures, and deadlines.

 

Officials have also cautioned the public to beware of fraudulent recruitment schemes, stressing that the exercise will be conducted strictly through official government channels.
