Police file application to stop planned Jubilee House demonstration by democracy hub group

The Police have filed a court application and successfully served the organisers of the self-identified group, Democracy Hub, regarding their planned demonstration set to occur near the Jubilee House from Thursday, 21st to Saturday, 23rd September 2023.
While awaiting the court's decision on the matter, the Police have urged the general public to be vigilant and dismiss any calls from individuals or groups encouraging them to gather for a demonstration at the Jubilee House.
The law enforcement agency emphasised the importance of respecting due process and urged the organisers to prioritise public order and safety during this period of legal review.
