COVID-19: 5 Multimedia staff test positive

Five Multimedia staff have tested positive for COVID-19.
The affected staff have gone into self-isolation for 14 days as required.
The media house said it has ramped up internal contact-tracing in liaison with the Ghana Health Service, as part of ensuring the safety and well-being of the remaining staff and their guests and to minimise any potential for the spread of the virus.
The affected staff, according to Multimedia, are all asymptomatic.
Officials of the Ghana Health Service are monitoring them and they are responding well to treatment.
Meanwhile, the country has recorded 12, 929 COVID-19 cases as at Thursday, 18 June 2020.
The number of recoveries is 4,468 with 66 deaths.
