MP breaks ground for ultra-modern maternity block for Nsawam Gov't Hospital

The Member of Parliament for Nsawam Constituency in the Eastern Region, Mr Frank Annoh-Dompreh, has broken ground for the construction of an ultra-modern maternity block at the Nsawam Government Hospital to enhance healthcare delivery.
The maternity will have amenities such as five special wards with a bed each, 10 incubator area wards, 18 beds, four delivery beds, and nine labour wards, as part of the first stage.
Others are a six-bed Kangaroo mother care ward, two doctor's consulting rooms and ancillary areas among others.
Mr Annoh-Dompreh has pledged to continuously help to develop the area and meet the needs of the people.
He noted that he has succeeded in lobbying for development for almost all sectors of the constituency.
