Margins Group holds first-ever men’s mental health awareness session
Margins Group has successfully held its maiden Men’s Mental Health Awareness Session, bringing together male staff for an open, honest, and deeply engaging conversation on mental and emotional well-being.
The session, described by participants as timely and impactful, created a rare space where men spoke freely—without filters or pretence—about the pressures they face and the importance of seeking support.
Executive Directors of the company led the dialogue, highlighting the daily challenges men navigate, the strength that lies in vulnerability, and the need for workplaces to foster environments where emotional well-being is prioritised.
The event recorded full attendance, with participants asking bold and thought-provoking questions that underscored how essential such discussions were.
Organisers said the session marks the beginning of a broader commitment to promoting mental health within the organisation.
“This is just the beginning. There are more conversations to come,” the team assured, emphasising that healing and resilience start when people choose to speak openly about their struggles.
