Margins ID Group hosts men’s mental wellness session on financial discipline and purpose
Margins ID Group has held the second edition of its men’s mental wellness session, focusing on financial discipline, leadership, and holistic personal development under the theme “Beyond the Pay Cheque: Balancing Wealth, Leadership and Life.”
The internal engagement brought together members of the organisation’s Executive Leadership Team and male staff for an open and reflective discussion aimed at promoting mental well-being and redefining personal success beyond financial earnings.
The session was characterised by interactive conversations in which participants were encouraged to reflect deeply on their understanding of wealth, purpose, and life balance.
As part of the exercise, attendees were required to engage without mobile phones or distractions to ensure full participation and focus.
Leadership encouraged participants to develop personal definitions of wealth, noting that doing so can help individuals better manage societal pressures and improve financial decision-making habits.
Key discussions also centred on saving before spending, living within one’s means, and exploring how personal talents can be maximised beyond the workplace to create long-term value and fulfilment.
According to the organisers, the session aimed to strengthen emotional resilience and promote healthier lifestyle and financial choices among employees, while also encouraging stronger performance in professional and family life.
The initiative forms part of Margins ID Group’s broader commitment to employee development, with a focus on nurturing not only professional competence but also mental well-being and holistic life balance.
Many participants reportedly left the session with renewed clarity, practical financial and life-management tools, and a stronger commitment to personal growth and responsible leadership
