Margins ID Group launches mental health and wellness series for staff
In a bid to promote employee well-being and productivity, Margins ID Group has launched its first Mental Health and Wellness Session, emphasising the link between personal health and high performance.
The session, led by Dr. Daniella C. E. Chinery-Hesse, focused on identifying everyday pressures, recognising when stress escalates into overwhelm, and adopting practical strategies to protect mental health in fast-paced work environments.
One key takeaway highlighted by Dr. Chinery-Hesse was:“Just because something is normal and you do it every day does not mean it is healthy or good.”
The statement served as a reminder for staff to pause and evaluate habitual routines that could contribute to burnout.
Margins ID Group underlined that caring for employees’ mental health is integral to achieving organisational excellence, noting that well-being and high performance are not separate goals but mutually reinforcing priorities.
The initiative marks the first in a series of wellness programmes aimed at supporting a healthier, more resilient workforce.
