MP for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai assures constituents of continued dev't, pushes for road projects
The Member of Parliament (MP) for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Constituency, Bright Asamoah Brefo, has reaffirmed his commitment to transforming the constituency, urging residents to maintain confidence in his leadership and development agenda.
In an interview with Class Media Group (CMG) parliamentary correspondent Gordon Desmond Sackitey, the Bibiani lawmaker emphasised that his efforts to address the deplorable road network in the area are actively underway.
He disclosed that he formally filed a question to the Minister for Roads and Highways Kwame A. Governs, in Parliament, seeking clarification on when construction works on roads abandoned by the previous administration would resume.
According to him, the response received from the sector minister has been encouraging and indicates that steps are being taken to ensure the projects recommence.
He expressed optimism that the engagement will ultimately yield positive results for the constituency.
Brefo assured constituents that the mandate entrusted to him will translate into tangible and meaningful development, particularly in improving road infrastructure and enhancing economic activities in the area.
He reiterated his dedication to delivering on his promises and ensuring that Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai experiences significant progress under his tenure.
