2024 polls: CPP opens nominations for selection of presidential candidates
The Convention People's Party (CPP) has opened nominations for the selection of its presidential candidate for the 2024 general elections.
In a statement issued on Monday, the party announced that aspirants can pick up nomination forms from Wednesday, July 24 to Friday, August 2, 2024.
The forms are available at the party secretariat for a fee of GH¢20,000.
The statement also mentioned that comrades who paid during the 2023 nomination period do not have to pay again but will need to pick up the forms.
The nomination fee is set at GH¢300,000.
The party has scheduled the vetting of flagbearer aspirants for Tuesday, August 6, 2024, and Wednesday, August 7, 2024.
