Dec. 7 polls: Krowor MP admonishes NDC supporters against 'skirt and blouse' voting
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament for Krowor, Dr Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, has urged residents of the Constituency to avoid voting 'skirt and blouse'.
Ghana goes to the polls on Saturday, December 7, 2024.
The term 'skirt and blouse', meanwhile, refers to the practice of voting for a presidential candidate from one party and a parliamentary candidate from another.
Addressing constituents during a Health Walk on Sunday, November 24, Dr Naa Momo Lartey stressed the importance of voting in unison for the NDC's presidential candidate John D. Mahama, and parliamentary candidates.
She explained this would ensure a clear path to victory.
