Mid-Year Budget Review: Why are you not wearing white today? - NPP 1st Deputy Whip queries Majority
First Deputy Minority Whip and Member of Parliament for Tolon Habib Iddrisu has questioned the dress code of the Majority Caucus during today’s budget review in Parliament.
Speaking on the floor of the House, the NPP MP noted that the Majority typically appears in white attire for major government business but observed a departure from that tradition today.
“The Majority always wear white but why is it that today they are wearing different colors? Is it that they are not sure of the policy?" Iddrisu asked.
His comment drew reactions from both sides of the House as presentation of the mid-year budget review by Finance Minister, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, begins.
