PRINPAG forms 5-member committee to oversee 2024 awards nominations
The Private Newspapers and Online News Publishers Association of Ghana (PRINPAG) has announced the formation of a 5-member committee to lead the nomination process for the 2024 PRINPAG Awards, which celebrate excellence in print and online journalism across Ghana.
These prestigious awards highlight the originality, innovation, and editorial independence of media professionals in the country.
The newly appointed committee members are:
Sir Ben Asorrow – Chairman Mr. Emmanuel Ajarfor Abugri – Secretary Lawyer Ken Agyei Kuranchie – Member Mr. Awudu Mahama – Member Mr. David Tamakloe – MemberThis committee is entrusted with nominating award recipients across multiple categories, adhering to the rigorous standards established by PRINPAG’s National Executives.
Their work aims to honour journalists who exemplify integrity and professionalism in their field.
The 2024 PRINPAG Awards Ceremony is set for December, where selected nominees will be recognized for their outstanding contributions to journalism.
PRINPAG encourages all members to support the committee’s work, which plays a vital role in maintaining the awards' reputation for integrity and excellence.
Additionally, PRINPAG reminds members to settle any outstanding dues to maintain their good standing in the Association, which is essential for eligibility for this year’s awards.
