Vote NDC to come reorganize NPP- Johnson Asiedu Nketia to Ashanti NPP supporters

Mr Johnson Asiedu Nketia, National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has called on New Patriotic Party (NPP) members to support the NDC in the upcoming elections to help "reorganize" the NPP. Speaking at a mini rally in Obogu, Ashanti Akim South, in the Ashanti Region, Mr. Nketia criticized the current state of the NPP, stating that it is detrimental to Ghanaian politics and urging Ashantis, in particular, to help “take their party back” to foster a healthier democracy.
Chairman Nketia further asserted that the NPP, under President Nana Akufo-Addo, has neglected the interests of Ashantis within the party.
He encouraged NPP members not to hesitate to accept any funds distributed by the party, arguing that the money is part of their share of the national resources.
The rally also featured a prominent NPP member who recently joined the NDC.
The new NDC member shared their reasons for switching allegiance and pledged to support the NDC’s efforts to win the election.
