2025 Under-20 AFCON: Ghana faces defending champs Senegal in Group C
Ghana’s U-20, Black Satellites, will battle reigning champions Senegal, DR Congo and the Central African Republic in Group C, of the 2025 TotalEnergies CAF Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
This was determined by a draw on Sunday, April 13, conducted by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
Beginning on April 27 and ending on May 18, Egypt is the new host for the 2025 TotalEnergies CAF Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) after the withdrawal of Côte d’Ivoire as tournament hosts.
There 13 teams divided into three groups – one of five teams and two of four – which will be vying for the ultimate glory in a tournament which has in the past highlighted stars like Andre Ayew of Ghana, Victor Osimhen of Nigeria, and Mohammed Salah of Egypt.
