SVANI Group donates vehicle to Pan African Heritage World Museum
In a show of support for Africa’s cultural preservation, Tommy Svanikier, Chairman of SVANI GROUP, has donated a brand-new Isuzu saloon vehicle to the Pan -African Heritage World Museum.
The donation was made during a brief ceremony held in Accra.
Mr. Svanikier lauded the vision of the Museum’s Founder, Kojo Yankah, emphasising the importance of preserving Africa’s history, arts, culture, and heritage.
He also urged the private sector to step forward and contribute to initiatives that celebrate and safeguard the continent’s rich cultural legacy.
Vice Chairman of the Museum, Ladi Nylander, and CEO, Professor Pashington Obeng, expressed their gratitude to SVANI GROUP for the timely support, highlighting the impact of such contributions on the project’s progress.
Founder Kojo Yankah revealed that in addition to SVANI GROUP’s donation, two other companies had contributed “all the doors needed for the museum” and “1,000 bags of cement” to support the construction of the physical museum, which is scheduled to begin later this month at Pomadze Hills near Winneba Junction.
“Our own story will positively shape our future,” Kojo Yankah remarked, underscoring the importance of documenting and celebrating Africa’s heritage for generations to come.
