A/R: Police officer detained for alleged fatal shooting incident

A police officer has been detained by the Ashanti South Regional Police Command following an alleged fatal shooting incident that took place today, April 4th, 2024, in Manso Adubia, located in the Ashanti Region.
In response to the incident, the Inspector-General of Police has personally reached out to the wife and family of the deceased individual.
Additionally, a high-powered police delegation has been dispatched to offer condolences to the bereaved family.
Meanwhile, investigations into the incident are ongoing to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
