V/R: Ho Teaching Hospital reaffirms commitment to quality healthcare and medical tourism

The Ho Teaching Hospital has reiterated its unwavering commitment to delivering quality healthcare services to its clients, positioning itself as a preferred destination for medical care both locally and internationally.
Speaking on the hospital’s vision, the Medical Tourism Coordinator, Anthony Bells Kafui Kanyi, emphasised that patient satisfaction remained at the heart of their operations.
According to him, the hospital conducted regular customer satisfaction surveys at least twice a year, and that the results consistently affirmed that clients were happy with the quality of services provided.
“In fact, it’s our joy when we see clients leaving our facility very happy about our services. You will not get it 100%, but so far, the feedback shows that we are on top of the game,” he said.
Mr Kanyi noted that proposed expansion projects would reposition the hospital to enhance service delivery to meet international standards, adding that this would make the facility a healthcare hub of choice for clients across the country.
He also underscored the need for collective responsibility in maintaining the hospital’s environment and infrastructure.
“The hospital is for all of us, including those of us who render services here. We must stop seeing the hospital as belonging to a select few. We have to own it, maintain it, and support its growth,” he said.
While urging individuals to desist from littering the premises with sachet water bags, polythene, and other waste, Mr Kanyi called on organisations and institutions to occasionally support the hospital by donating essential medical equipment to it.
With its patient-centered approach and commitment to excellence, the Ho Teaching Hospital is gradually positioning itself as a beacon of quality healthcare and a potential medical tourism hub for the country.
The medical tourism coordinator spoke to this Class Media Group (CMG) reporter Solomon Mensah-Ahiable, in an exclusive interview, after appearing on Ho 92.5 FM's Adanu Morning Show hosted by Togbe Ahorgo I.
