Amasaman MP inspects ongoing road patch works on Kuntunse stretch
The Member of Parliament for Amasaman Constituency in the Greater Accra Region, Sedem Afenyo, has undertaken another inspection tour of ongoing road improvement works within the constituency, with particular focus on the Kuntunse (Satellite stretch).
The visit forms part of his continued commitment to improving road infrastructure and ensuring safer and more accessible transportation networks for residents.
During the tour, the MP assessed ongoing patching works being carried out on deteriorated sections of roads that have suffered wear and damage over time, creating challenges for motorists and commuters.
The road patching exercise is aimed at restoring affected portions to a more motorable condition, improving road safety, and easing the movement of people and goods across the constituency.
According to the MP, the intervention is part of a broader road improvement agenda designed to address critical infrastructure challenges and enhance economic activity within Amasaman.
He noted that improving road conditions remains central to efforts to raise living standards and support local businesses by reducing travel difficulties and transportation costs.
Hon. Afenyo reaffirmed his commitment to working with relevant authorities to ensure continuous road maintenance and upgrades across the constituency, adding that residents would gradually experience improved road networks as ongoing projects progress.
The inspection at Kuntunse is one of several field visits being undertaken by the MP to monitor infrastructure works and ensure quality delivery of projects within the constituency.
