Edem Agbana: Ketu North MP reaffirms his commitment to education, infrastructure, transforming constituency

The Member of Parliament (MP) for Ketu North, Volta Region, Eric Edem Agbana, has reaffirmed his commitment to investing more in the education, infrastructure, job creation and transformation of the constituency.
He observed the people of Ketu North had long waited for rapid development and skills training to create job opportunities. However, he added, successive governments had failed them. He asserted under the leadership of President John Dramani Mahama, Ketu North will be transformed.
Speaking to Class News, the MP said the development of Ketu North through scholarships, teacher motivation, skills training, road construction, quality health care and education was priority to him.
He said he was ready to spend more resources in the education sector because education was foundational to his achievements.
“I want to ensure that there is quality education for children in the constituency,” he noted.
On road infrastructure, he assured the road from Dzodze to Denu was in the pipe line.
“Ehi-Weta road, Ehi-Penyi roads are key roads that will see the light of day to boost economic development of the area,” he underlined.
“I want to use this medium to urge all communities within the Ketu North municipality to initiate self-community projects but not to wait for the MP to initiate the projects for them because the MP alone cannot do all. Self-initiative projects will attract the attention of the MP to support but waiting for the MP to initiate community projects will delay our agenda,” he urged.
He, therefore, urged all residents to rally behind the Mahama led administration to transform the country through the resetting agenda.
