God gave NPP opportunity to transform Ghana but they failed - Ako Gunn
Mr. Ako Gunn, Deputy Director of Communications for the National Democratic Congress(NDC) has asserted that the deception which led to the NPP's victory in the 2016 general elections is fading.
He predicted that in 2024, the electorate would make a decisive choice against the NPP.
He argues that God gave the NPP a fine opportunity to transform the fortunes of the country but it failed abysmally.
He said the NPP has not lived up to the expectations of the Ghanaian voters.
Even in the face of God, the NPP failed, he highlighted
Speaking in an interview with KOJ on Dagbon 102.5 FM’s morning show in the Tamale metropolis of the Northern Region on Friday, July 26, 2024, Mr. Ako Gunn made these remarks ahead of the NDC’s campaign launch in the region.
Dagbon FM, part of the Class Media Group (CMG), is leading the coverage of the NDC campaign launch in the North on Saturday.
He stressed that NPP as an elephant does not learn.
He noted that the NPP has messed up all sectors of the country.
He maintained that the NPP has dug holes in the north and called it dam.
And even went ahead to dig the most expensive hole in the world and called it a national cathedral.
He emphasized that the electorate is more vigilant this year and will not be swayed by the NPP’s rhetoric.
According to him, the NPP’s sweet words in the 2016 and 2020 general elections have resulted in more suffering for the people.
He noted the increasing frustration among citizens, many of whom are seeking opportunities abroad due to the NPP's failures.
