The management of JJOJ Estates Limited has officially opened an ultra-modern guest house at Dedeiman in the Amassaman Constituency of the Greater Accra Region.
The facility aims to cater to visitors along the Pokuase-Nsakyi stretch, offering a range of services for funeral attendees, revellers, and other patrons in the area.
Located at the JJOJ Estates Junction along Dedeiman Road, the guest house features state-of-the-art amenities, including a provision store, bar, and restaurant, making it a convenient one-stop destination for both business and leisure.
In her welcome address, Miss Jacqueline Naa Ayima Mensah, Chief Executive Officer of JJOJ Estates Limited encouraged the chiefs and residents to patronize the facility, emphasizing its potential to generate job opportunities for the youth in the community.
“This guest house is not only a place for rest but also a hub for creating employment, leisure and fostering economic growth in our area,” she stated.
The grand opening was attended by several dignitaries, including Sedem Afenyo, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament-elect for the Amassaman Constituency, who commended the initiative for its contribution to the community's development.
The guest house is expected to serve as a vital addition to the local infrastructure, supporting the growing needs of the area’s residents and visitors alike.
